yup. $500 for the day, they put on less than 1km on it and they flat decked it to and from the set. Got the truck back later that night

Have you never had a vehicle before that has a boot around the shifter and/or the e-brake lever?

    Zoinks!

Sounds way technical. What's something like this cost if you don't mind me asking and how much is involved in a kit (if you can call it that) like this? Is this something a driveway mechanic can do or is this all shop installed? I hate to just pick a pre-selected kit and then just drive the truck to someplace for the alignment but this sounds way over my head.

Also, did you do the ECGS bushing too? I am not sure what that is but apparently it realigns the driveshaft when you do a lift. I think :anonymous:

    SCHA-WING!!!!!! :laser:

Man that looks so good! Very nice! Would love to do this. Or something like it. I will rarely off road let alone race off road but it would be nice to know I could if I wanted to.

    Berry nice!

Just noticed that you have no side steps. You are either really long legged, flexible or agile.

I have the ECGS but have not installed yet. I contacted Marie with Head Strong and she helped me with putting the parts together. I was lucky and got the ADS with a GB. All in all I have about a little over 4K in the lift, wheels, and tires.

I installed the kit myself. I have been wrenching on cars for a long, long time so no issues with the install. I prefer to do all my work.

Ok so a "little" over 4k means the tires and wheels were 50 bucks then! I just looked up those shocks and they are 1900 for the fronts alone. I am in for nearly 2.5k for my tires and wheels so then what, I would be closer to 5.5k for a kit like this? 3k for a lift kit for a guy that doesn't off road sounds kinda wasteful but damn I sure do like the way it looks!
