    Lived in Riverside while stationed at Pendalton. Way too many bad stories from Oceanside. But yes i do have to agree january n february are the best times to go. Surf in the am ski in the afternoon. Where else can you do that.

    I would be intrested in the purchase of it if I can find some one to paint it for a fair price and if you were willing to maybe take some of the cost? I can understand you not wanting to but can also understand if you want to just get it out of your hands.

    It's not carpeted inside. Didn't want mildew. It's $300 extra to get it painted, $200 in paint supplies alone. I won't have time this month to do that tho.
