It was more of a feeler so I could buy the -20 offset TE’s. Figured I’ll just run spacers if they rub off road enough to bug me. I’ve also grown to like the not so deep dish on the 0 offset (maybe cause my F5’s with 3.5 back spacing are so deep).

So yeah, keeping the TE’s and throwing on my Cooper STT Pros when I have some extra time.

Those 285 STT’s look beefier and bigger than the 295 KBro2’s

Yeah they do. The KO2's were wider but the tread pattern was just killing me. Overall diameter specs are almost identical from what I remember. Plus, the STT Pros should do much better off road.

When you're ready, look into the Falken MT's too. Those were my first choice but they were also out of stock when I was ready to buy.

    Appreciate the love man!

They were up for sale for about a week recently but no one bit (maybe cause it was right before the holidays). Then I came to my senses and ended up taking down the for sale ad.

I just noticed your headlights. By far the best retrofit I've seen so far.

How do you like the projectors?

I've been struggling with what to do for a headlight upgrade. I hate how ridiculous most projector retrofits look with all the halos and stuff. I want something that looks as OEM as possible and yours is the best I've seen.

I totally agree with your view on retrofits and that's why I went with the setup I have. Although I do think it's cool that people can do so much customization, it's just not my style.

I love the projectors and it's probably one of my favorite upgrades on the truck. In fact, I have a hard time driving cars/trucks with standard halogens now (I'm sure previously owning a TSX and S2000 helped with favoring projectors). My wife's Forester has LED projector lights and although they're bright, they don't have the same cutoff and "cool" factor as the TSX or S2k projectors.

The retrofit was really easy to do. I just went with TYC headlights from Amazon and a HID projector kit from theretrofitsource. I usually order through their site when they have sales but you might want to hit up @TRSAndrew who looks to be a vendor here.

Had a few parts laying around and was able to make some time to get them on today.

Battery tie down (excuse the dirty engine bay and ugly wiring...still need to clean both up):

Relocated the washer fluid reservoir as well (removed the cruise control unit and used existing holes to mount it:

I'm going to be removing my cc system - did you remove the whole system or just the engine control module where your washer fluid bottle is now? If you want to remove the whole thing and haven't yet and would like a wiring diagram hit me up, someone gave me one.

Just the module. I’ll keep you in mind if I decide I want to remove the whole thing. I mean, I don’t think I’ll ever put the cc back, but I want to have the option of doing so if needed. Thanks!
