This was my case also. Boeshield is the sh*t. 5 minutes, lasted me from October '16 to October '17. That is in Colorado with all the CaCl2 they use here.

Obviously you are doing the right thing, what did you use?

Hopefully it works out for you at the dealer. I had a similar noise at about 3k miles, drove with a guy at the dealer they heard the noise and after a full day of not figuring it out they told me my bilstien 5100's were bottoming out. That was complete BS from the dealership, after removing my lift and returning with the same issue they refused to drive my truck to the nearest non paved road (that's were I was replicating it) they said the issue was not occurring during normal driving operation. Long story short I told them to F them selves multiple times and fixed my self. My issue was the front radiator mount bushings replaced for under $30 and haven't had a noise since been about 6k miles since

When you saw it was this, were you able to just move the radiator with your hand and get that same squeek n such?

maybe my wording was a little off, they are bushings for the body to frame near the radiator.. I did not attempt to move my radiator as they are not attached.. The way I figured it out was by process of elimination. I check all the common thing 1st like sway bar to frame bushings, end links, strut bushings, lower control arm cams. once I knew every thing else in the suspension was good I knew the only thing left to check was the cab mount bushings. Thanks to this forum I had previously read about others having issues with the fronts being miss aligned so I ordered them and checked them I figured for 30 buck even If they are not bad once I have them apart may as well replace them. took care of my issue.

Good info. 2018 TRD sport 4 door auto 3300 miles had bad creaking sound front end after driving all day in the rain. By the time I got it to the dealer, 6 days later, it had all but quit. I could still hear it but they couldn't. Did the rain have any effect on your issue?
