Ultimate LED turn signals

I have not heard much about guys with tinted brake lights or turn signals being pulled over but I don't see a lot of cars with tint anyways, mostly small imports with a kid driving.

Some headlights tinted as well.

The fastest way to get stopped over here is to tint the driver's side and passenger's side windows, automatic stop with a ticket...

 

yeah. I don't want any tint whatsoever. I would just like brighter lights...it seems like people around Vancouver are oblivious to turn signals

 

Mine just came in the mail and I am going to put them on when it warms up a bit.

I think these are going to look fine tinted and by all reports are way brighter than the stock signals.

Because of where they are I think the tint will look pretty good. Will not be tinting anything else though.

I am going to post pictures when done.

 

I put the Tritons from VLEDs in my front and rear turn signals, the Tritons are Super Bright and I am very happy with them. Super easy install.

People will definitely see your turn signals.

VLEDs is in Bellingham, you could probably scoot down and pick them up direct and get some help on the install...

 

Maybe you could get those light strips that mount under the rocker panels. Those come configured to have a running light, turn flash, and white when the door opens features built in.

If @mesojdm built them I'd buy them for sure. His mods are guaranteed to be the shit.

Although if you want bright I would still let @mesojdm build you a set of his Ultimate Turns with no tint. If you can see the tinted version during the day, untinted would be incredibly bright.

 

Or, @solscooter has a set of V2's. He could buy those, pull the lense and swap his stock lense on...

 

I think he tinted the v2’s with spray on tint from the outside? Hmm, I don’t remember. But if so he can remove it with some paint remover and clear coat them

 

Amen to that. But the cops won't give you any trouble for tinted turn sigs on your mirrors

 

If I recall correctly, 1 version of the ultimate signals were tinted with film. I think the problem was the internal parts were chrome so even if the lens were clear, you would still see the chrome like the factory OEM lenses.

He's no longer doing a list. He's waiting on a supply of lenses and will open it back up when more are available.

 

So do you ask nicer than anyone else? Is he planning on filling everyones order? Did i lose my place in line? Im confused. Its early and i havent had coffee

 

If you were on the original list I'm not sure what happened? I'm sure he will have plenty when his order of lenses come in.

 

To elaborate a little more on what @20tacoma17 said.........Basically he posted that they were ready to go and that the there was a link to buy the lenses on the first post on page 1, and if you were subscribed to the thread you got the email notification and went to the link and hit it and bought them. It made the list obsolete and yes, some guys were not fast enough or missed the post and missed out. From now on that is how he is going to do it. Post that he has a supply ready and it will be up to you go to the first post on the first page to hit that link. Right now it says SOLD OUT. But that will change to Buy button when they are available. Sorta like you see on other sites for Amazon purchases.

 

Ok .so to be clear . I should pay now . Then wait? Or wait till they are available then pay?

Yes, even though it says SOLD OUT (which I agree is confusing) there is a PAY NOW button that is active! Hit that MOFO and you will be paid and when the new batch is ready ( Mid Jan. ) they will just arrive to your door.
