All good glad the parts were under warrenty, the internet is hard to diagnose over. In the future being thorough with your discription, Ie just installed lights now...

I worked on a ford for 4 days straight, It was brought over not running after a cap and rotor change. It was the loose ground wire on the back of the cap.

*sigh* I hope my steering rack is fine I don't want to have to go through that ordeal. But it could be worse.

Dumbest thing I did was try to put diesel in the truck and realized the nozzle won't fit. Or try starting the engine without spark plugs

So two weeks later and I finally tried to start the truck - nothing. When I turn the key to "start" and hold it you can hear a relay click from the integration module under the dashboard but the engine doesn't crank. No idea why.

12v on the battery (11.8 according to scangauge) tried jumping it with another 12v battery no difference.

Courtesy lights and buzzer operate as normal.

The only dash related item plugged in is the instrument Cluster. The hazard light, airbag disconnect, radio, rheostat, and ECT button are not connected.

No error codes on the scangauge.

Starter is seated properly as far as I can tell? I spun the flexplate via the crankshaft pulley a couple times and I did not hear any binding. The positive and negative are attached to the starter firmly.

The only sign of life is really that initial click when you turn the key.

    This sucks, lol.

I don’t know anything about the 2.7 but I’d image you do the same thing Monte was telling me.

Check connections and ground and all the good stuff.

You truck really doesn’t want to be 4wd..

Make sure the truck is in park. Sometimes the link could be put on wrong.

Check any connections you may have fiddled with, check battery voltage if you haven't used it in a while. Cold weather can do that to a battery.

    This.

Your tranny in park? Easy to leave the auto in the wrong gear.

Why isn't the dash connected? Pretty sure the etc button needs to be plugged in at lease.

You might want to check the area between the lower intake manifold and the head (right next to the injectors). I too am having some coolant disappear at roughly the rate you have. I noticed that the gasket between those two areas is leaking. I have a coolant residue pooling in that area. It was a little difficult for me to see because the upper intake manifold hides that area on the driver's side. To get a better view of it, you can try removing the upper timing cover.

At work and working on my truck. Driver coilover needs some adjustment. It sits lower than the passenger side

I feel your pain. I had a similar situation a few months ago. After a lot of input from members, and temporarily losing my mind, it ended up being a slightly loose positive terminal.

Check the neutral safety switch. Maybe step away and take a good nap. Restart fresh.

I did another Dumb yesterday after I got it all back together.
When I started it up my dash didn’t light up and I got depressed really fast.

I didn’t remember to put the fuse next to the starter relay. That fixed it real fast...

Dude, this is perfect! I've been looking at FWC for so long and drooling! Beautiful!

How does the truck handle everything?
