    One of my bulbs burnt. This is the old package they came in. Does anyone recognize is as Sylvania silverstars? The label is missing.

    Yup, wasn't a frozen pipe either. The fitting between the toilet and the pipe in the upstairs bathroom busted.....8 hours of water gushing out. 2" of water in the upstairs bathroom, water raining down from the light fixtures in the kitchen, living room, garage.

    We had something like that happen- but it was over the garage and we caught it immediately. Replaced ceiling in the garage- after tearing it out. Had fans on it for several days to avoid mold. We self paid; repairs were same as our deductible.

    One of the worst water damages I ever worked was from the tiny line running to an icemaker! It flooded something like 5 units totally! Others have been burst mains, supply lines blowing, toilet tank shattering, water heater blowing up, and those damn washer hoses blowing. I can tell you how to protect your physical stuff tho. LOLOL.................but yall gotta be the ones to check your lines regularly (we do it at home just because we do NOT want to deflood our home!)

    Water damage adds up fast too........esp when the source is overhead :(

    Good luck! Make sure your adjuster does not hose you and not cover enough (has happened to others)....
