Nothing just sitting at home. I'm done with all my therapy and just waiting until next Friday to see the Doc to find out my fate. Hope all is well with you and the new job is going well

    Have you been hunting much?

All is well. The wife and I moved into the big city - Leesburg! The new job is going well, but I am looking forward to the end of the contract, which unfortunately isn't until the end of July. I am enjoying it but it just sin't as exciting as it was when I started back in August.

No job ever is that I have found. F living in Leesburg I don't even like going to that area to visit. I got to go hunting 5 times, I passed up a half a dozen shot's on deer and 5 good asy shots on bear, hell I had one lay down within 25 yards for a half hour or so. I wanted to take advantage of these last couple of days while I'm off but, of course, now I have a bad sinus infection.

    Sinus infections suck!

Leesburg isn't so bad. it's much better than Alexandria! Hey, I gotta look at the bright side, ya know. One day I've got to cruise down 15 and pay you a visit.

I am going hunting tomorrow. I am in the same boat, as far as passing on deer I could've/should've shot. My black powder did let me down earlier in the season though. Finally had a deer worth shooting in the cross hairs and the gun decided it was too wet to fire that day!

You really should. You've got to know how much your body best warms up the interior. It's very important that you do this right now! Besides, the best thing for a sinus infection is to freeze it out. You feel better after a night in the camper, trust me....

Hope youre feeling better Chris. I hate to say it, but those neti pots do wonders on sinus infections. I hate them, but they really clear out the sinuses. My sister in law swore by them, and one time i had such a bad infection i broke down and bought one. I use distilled water, i hear its safer that way.

I've been on the antibiotics and put the humidifier on my CPAP and it's been helping. Of cours waking up this morning to no water didn't help matters. I spent most of the day in the garage thawing pipes and insulating them. yippee

I run a large humidifier for home. Its the wicking kind and can hold 4 gallons. 2 gallons in bottom and 2 in the resi. I fill it twice a day. It struggles to keep 50% humidity. With the dry air the kids and i get nosebleeds something awful. The humidifier and saline mist helps a lot.

Thanks for sharing that tip on heat tape. Haven’t bought one in 15 years . Lumberyard where I bought mine closed last year. Another victim of Home Depot.

Sure it was just in the instructions. We've had the opposite here when Lowes opened the only one really affected was 84 lumber the small lumber yards actually have done better
