Hahahaha. I LOVE playing BlackJack because of the pressure... Yeah, learning how to play on a $20 minimum table can be sorta hard- especially when you have people with experience there. If and when you get into a bind, remember, you can always ask the dealer- and they'll tell you what "the book" says to do. If you play by the book, you won't hurt anyone else feelings...

I would wait it out a bit personally. I think that Ripple can go to $6 but I also do not think you are going to miss a big swing buying at $3. Play the percentages because you are looking at heavy swings per coinbasemarket cap of 1k on bitcoin but on ETH (obviously different) Binance still showing as a loss. Was just around $955.00. I think if you start buying and selling in the heat of markets dipping you will get screwed.

I did the EXACT same thing. I'm riding the BTC wave so I can get the alts at a discount when it tops.

Can you please explain the volume you speak of, you know, for the others who don't quite know how to read it and follow it. Not me, others. :anonymous:

I see it on the exchange sheets, in a 24hr aspect and in a % aspect.
    Thanks.

I think that's solid advice. I think XRP still has more to go (down) before it swings back up.

I'm thinking moving forward I listen to the Haejin dude on YT and pull out of my "play coins" when BTC's going to be on the up then go back in afterwards.

We could see XRP go as low as $2. I think if you sold XRP anywhere between 3.30 and 3.70 you did good. Especially the guys that bought in late like me at almost $2 but i still almost doubled up. IF you have XRP at .30 then you can't complain and just Hodl.

All I can do is show you what I think/know/do etc. and how I gauge/feel/look for as far as indicators go. I'll see if I can pull some charts to help you get an idea.

I just wanted to say a personal "Thanks" for all the info and research you put into this thread. It's already helped me make a little more money (hopefully a lot more later as well). I would be pretty lost without your contributions in here.

I pulled some graphs that I'm going to add some stuff to, so you can maybe get an idea of what I'm talking about here. Just give me a minute and I'll post them all in here.

Hit 17,100 on Binance earlier. Sold all my alts this morning to hold BTC for a few days. Got into TRX at $0.07, wanted to dump at 28 but didn't, dumped at 20 instead this morning. Kicking myself but still taking a nice profit.

I'm playing catch up in this thread so I'm not sure if it was mentioned, but ETH/JPY is gonna start trading on Jan 10th. Could see a nice bump in ETH price next week.

At first I thought he was being conservative, but then I looked at the date. I thought the $23K was FEB 8, not JAN 8. :ohsnap:

Ok... This is the Down and Dirty right here... At the end of the day for me, it's about patterns. We all see patterns differently and we all recognize them differently, but this is basically how volume and "price action" work together.

I think you'll get the idea of what I'm referring to here:

I KNOW you're going to have questions, so ask away.

If you take a look at the 3 month graph of BTC on CoinMarketCap.com then you'll see what's going on with BTC and why @Rattletrap66 made the prediction he did...

Up 10(+) with "more than average volume" (meets one of my indicator criteria) AND has a history of multiple "up" days after this type of indication.
