Had 3 surgery's this past year. One back surgery before st pattys, one nasal surgery before thanksgiving, and a 2nd back surgery before the new year. Ima all surgery'd out...lol.

The seap/leak from the t-case, does it seem like it's coming from the output shaft going to the front drive shaft?

This. Learned that lesson the hard way.

Or in my case, three times. The new Chinese rack was even worse than the rack doctor.

 

Yup. Shit I even fucked up by not doing the energy suspension bushings when I did the new OEM rack, thinking the OEM bushings would do okay. OEM pump coming soon, though it's quieted down recently. I am so damn sick of touching the steering system on this truck.

Kinda blowing my truck budget out of the water this year between the GFC and new leafs, but hoping I can get a OEM pump on before wheeling season.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Yeah. It's funny and sad but awesome at the same time. Cause damn the truck is a beast. But I am likely cutting my LBJ, tie-rod other steering components lives in half or more. Especially since the truck is used for wheeling more than anything these days.

Hopefully fixing my skid mounts this weekend and I can get it back out there again. Trying to focus on self sufficiency so a winch will likely come soon. One day I'll be able to afford fancy suspension like you and @Squeaky Penguin

 

Not when all the trails around me are covered by multiple feet of snow.

Good for skiing and snowmobiling, but the truck gets parked in the winter here.

if you got custom eibach you could probably fit a 15'' on a standard CO.

 

You and me both. I'm getting more and more excited as they post updates.

 

I still think its too tall for my needs. But my god it seems like the best solution for lightweight long distance comfortable wheeling.

 

I'd really like to see them do a prototype for a 1st gen. The dimensions are going to have to change from whats been built so far. I'm sure it will be awesome but the size difference between our trucks and a turd gen will have an impact on some things.

But yes, most well-thought out solution I've seen. You know I'll put it through it's paces and report back.

What exactly are you concerned about changing? If anything it should be better, sounds like it will be closer to the roof.
