Those aren’t trails. Those are fire roads

You can do power line roads in Gloucester and York County but just like Oceana, you will get a ticket if caught and its not much more exciting than a long gravel driveway. Not recommended.

Star Motors in suffolk has a "trail" they made for jeeps and do events every once in a while. Its usually crowed and a 5 minute drive through... Not recommended.

There is shoe creak just west of Charlottesville but I think that's closed by the land owners. It wasn't much more than a rocky trail, with a few "obstacles" off the trail. Recommended for beginners (if its open).

There is Big Dogs (https://bigdogsoffroad.com/) in Gore, VA with some of the best wheeling Ive done but you can only go during "events" and it'll cost upwards of $100 per truck. The events are full of drunk rednecks but its fun and there are miles of trail that ranges in all levels of difficulty. I've had a good time every time I went. Events are usually three days (Fri - Sun). I recommend the trails but the cost is a bit much...

There is Potts Mountain by New Castle VA. Super easy trail but I've heard there are tight spots. Never been.

There is Uwharrie National Forest down by Charlotte NC but the trail is pretty short. Still fun with a nice camp ground near by. Recommended but your day will be over pretty quick so make plans for other things?

Western VA has some no name trails. Check out Mountain Trail Offroad association.

I think there are a few out in Tenn as well that are supposed to be a lot of fun but I've never been.

You've apparently found a different Pott's mtn than anybody I've ever talked to about it. From the pictures I've seen my truck is deffinately not built enough for it. Ask @Bsheriff11 what it's like if I'm correct @StAndrew bought his truck. Bald mtn in Stauntonis OK from what I've heard and theres other trails over around harrisonberg

I bought Brandon’s truck! What part of Virginia are you in? Like the camper/trailer build!

@Casper66 ive read through your build because of your trailer and didn’t realize it was you in here until that comment above mine.
I’m always looking at different trailers to make mine better

It's me I'm kinda up here in no man's land. The camper is a ball I kinda cheated a little getting one somewhat prebuilt and figuring I can customize it to our needs. Check out Roadtrip camping they have all different kinds of campers for off road and off road trailers with rtt's like the Taxa Wooly bear. There's a couple of local members that aren't active other than that the closest is about an hour away

I lurk at the tntt trailer forum and expo portal for trailer ideas mostly. Mine is almost done. Although our last trip to flagpole would have been more suited for a hard trailer like yours. Negative temps and rtt trailer don’t mix all that well but it was fun.

What do you mean by "bought" my truck? I didn't steal it.

The Jeep trail they have listed is as "Medium" also says not for stock trucks. "Medium" is pretty subjective if you ask me...

So you’re up there near Shenandoah, I’ve been wanting to get up that way. Any trails in Shenandoah?

Wow cool trailer! The fridge is next on our list then solar,a dual battery set up, hot water, and a pottie. After I get the esentials done I'm looking at suspension and stretching the tongue. Hell I still have stuff I'd like to do to the truck
