For real. I gotta start foam rolling and stretching every day haha. I've never been flexible. Don't think I've ever been able to touch my toes for that matter haha. Time to start trying now though

I should do that more often as well. I run about 40 miles a week and my foam roller really helps out with flexibility

I just ordered one of them double lacrosse ball things, a "supernova" ball, and voodoo bands to start doing daily mobility WODs. Already have a roller but I subscribed to mobilityWOD.com and may or may not be screen recording the videos for the free 10 day trial to use on a daily basis

I don't run. I'm not a runner. I do not have those slow twitch muscles built. I played volleyball most of my life and surfed so I have all the fast twitch muscle strength. I can sprint and beat most people but after the initial burst I'm done running haha.

I run for my college so that keeps me pretty busy year round. Summer time I’m in the 60s a week.

Those things are awesome! I roll out my feet with the lacrosse balls. It’ll loosen up your feet and calves

I've had a single lacrosse ball for my shoulders for years but a lot of these MWOD videos use the supernova ball and the double one for trigger points. And they use the voodoo floss a lot too. Not sure if you've heard of that stuff. I just learned about it recently watching them but it looks pretty interesting so I'll find out how well it works. It's supposed to help flush the lactic acids and other junk in your muscles. I should hopefully be getting it tonight if Amazon holds up to its one day shipping promise lol

    Good Stuff!

Did CC in high school- mostly to stay in shape for Wrestling and Lacrosse. I could barely keep up, lol! Have done dozens of 5 and 10k's over the years. Ran 2 half marathons too.

Interesting. Looks like a rowing machine almost but standing up. I really want to buy an inverter so I can stretch out my spine haha. My uncle has one and I used it when I went to Michigan, made my back feel great.

haha! no, they had me! Did an interval run- 1.5 mins run, then .5 min walk. Worked out well!

**Did NOT set a land speed record, lol!**

I have the Rower and the Skierg. they are both top quality. Bought mine at a local place here in CLT- Carolina Fitness. Amazon and Rogue sells them too.

The Skierg really opens up my plural cavity...:bananadead:

I bet! Having a strategy like that is key. A buddy I run with did one in 2:50ish

    Damn, good time!

I believe it is the Jeff Galloway method. For me it was always difficult to slow to a walk, then run again, on time- per the interval timer. Seems like I always wanted to just run, or just walk, lol.
