And let's be very clear. Dealers are stealers. If they can get Toyota to fund their repair bays, they jump on it as it is good work if you can get it. I know of one dealer that would try to push everything through because it never hurt and the customer loves them. Owning a dealership is a license to steal in many ways and this seems to be a case of thievery of sorts. As long as they get the money from Toyota, they don't care.
