Installed a few things over the past week. Mounted my Relentless Fabrication sliders & quick fist mounts, added a new shovel and axe to go along with them. Bolted up my 42" Plano all weather tactical/ recovery box added all kinds of goodies inside and attached my recovery ramps to the new Prinsu Designs Cabrack. Christmas was good to me.

Wired my dash cam to a switch (zombie targeting) so I can turn it on/off when I want.
    20180105_122711.jpg
Also changed the switch (Bunny Burners) for the bumper bar because the emblem on the other was etched upside down and caused the lighting to be wrong and used the good mechanical parts from the old one to replace the broken internals of the roof bar (Sasquatch) switch. Now everything works right.

Thanks I appreciate it! Took me 6 months to get a set of those wheels but well worth the wait

Absodamnlutley they feel way better then those black ones! Felt like I was opening the door to something classier than a Tacoma. Got them from a buddy in Colorado, has a sport and wants the OR look so he’s ditching just about any extra trim/ accent piece that’s silver to a black piece and just shipped me the handles. No function difference though. When I tested the key hole to make sure I assembled it back correctly, my key wouldn’t work. I tried my spare and it worked. My daily key is so Worn down that it won’t turn the Manual door lock. Easy install. Took 10 minutes max. Don’t have to remove the door panel. When you open your door there is a round black plastic piece, pop that out and boom, loosen that bolt, and out comes the mechanism.

Minus the 5 gallons of armor all, was the bed mat worth the $100 (+/- $20) ???

I couldn't agree with you more about exercising, but for me the best I can do right now before my pain is so bad is walking from the handicapped parking spaces at wally world to the back of the store and then I'm looking for someplace to sit down and take a break. I have been kind of crippled (walk with a cane) since 2015. I had L5-S1 fusion done in 2006 and I actually healed up from that pretty good, then in 2015 I had a synovial cyst develop on L3-L4. According to my most recent MRI the synovial cyst is gone but I have degenerative disc disease from L1-S1 which causes pain in my legs right above both of my knees so every time I sit down it hurt like hell and it hurts just as bad when I try and stand up from a sitting position. In 2016 I had my left knee replaced and on Dec 5, 2017 I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee on)y to find out that it is bone on bone. It's looking like I'm going to have another knee replacement sometime this year.
The worst thing for me is that I was a mechanic while I was in the USAF and I use to do everything mechanical on my own vehicles. Now I can barely do anything to them without being pain, I really miss working on my own vehicles. I have a set of 3rd gen front struts and a set of AAL ready to be installed on my truck but it looks like I am going to have to pay someone to do it for me.
Maybe one of these days the doctors will figure out what they can do to get me back to a somewhat normal lifestyle, time will tell. Until them I talk with my psychologist on a regular basis to help with my depression.

Yeah, I don't care what color it is as long as I get to keep it. What's really wierd is now it comes out silver and turns blond at the ends. Of course it takes several inches and a year or so but I've learned to be more patient. Sometimes I like it, sometimes not but it keeps my ears warm and my neck from burning. Creeping up on 60.

I have plenty of hair on the sides and the back of my head, it's just the top that won't fill back in. I blame it all on the first free haircut that Uncle Sam gave me 34 years ago. As long as a wear a hat you can't tell so needless to say I wear a hat all the time.

It was wierd the first time I saw Ron Howard without his hat. Better than a comb over at least but to each his own. We don't get to keep our youth or anything else and it's difficult to balance grace with kicking and screaming all the way, they seem a tad mutually exclusive.

I've had a couple of people tell me to do the comb over thing, but I refuse to do that. Ive seen some really bad comb overs through the years and I just can't do that.
