I have a friend a few miles from me that does knives. I've really never wanted to yet. Although I am going to try a Damascus straight razor.

 

Not a bad show. The lady and I have watched all the way up until the latest season. Corny as hell, but a good “feel good” show. Makes me want to buy a ranch out in the mountains and raise cattle every time I watch an episode.

 

I'll try and whip something midsize up. I'll be forging some tongs tomorrow for my wife to put candles into deep glass holders after they're lit.

 

This pic was a pick that I made for detecting. It's an F250 leaf spring that I forged and drew out for hard soil. It 8 pounds and 24" handle to swing with one hand.

Funny that he just couldn't do it in Baja this year. Now Robby has a good run and actually got out to work on his own truck. He didn't get a ride to the airport and fly home.
