Yeah, it's snowy up there. It was super powdery on top of an inch of ice. Not the greatest wheeling, but ours were the only tracks and it was fucking gorgeous up there.

If you're looking for good snow, don't look on the west side south of hwy 2. if you're looking for just a nice spot in the woods I'd probably try lower carbon river road.

Even for the non-hunting types. It's a good show.

Appreciate that, and will have to check it out. Not up for driving that far this time around. Decided we're going to hit Index-Galena road and just wander around from there.

All right suckers, after weeks of looking at houses in the snow and battle with my work over more time to move, I told them to stuff it today. They won't give me enough time to be able to move my wife and kids at the same time as me. It's a good thing I'm civil service and union represented because I royally pissed some folks off today.

Yep, it's somewhat disappointing. I really wanted that to move over there. After 20 years with my lady I have a pretty good grasp on what we are both willing to put up with. After this weeks snow and what's expected over the next few days it will be a solid 10 hour drive. How they expect us to be able to move when I would spend 20 hours of the weekend driving.

Living that self-employment life. I'm a huge advocate for self-employment/owning your own business but I will say it's not for everyone but I am definitely incredibly lucky that my business allows me to essentially take off for a month.

Haha! And it came pre-weathered so I don't look like a total poser.
