    stoner bashing time.

CA might but it'll still be federally illegal. i say tax the fuck out of it. so many people abuse the medical aspect anyways, why not get some money out of it. we all know the state needs it.

Is it up for a vote?

If so then it probably won't pass cause the stoners will be at home getting stoned and won't remember to vote until a couple days after the polls close

We should just make prostitution legal too! California sucks, they'll do anything to make a dime.

    I've lost track
I think they will eventually. The marijuana law is in a sense a prohibition...and when has prohibition ever worked?? certainly not with alcohol (which is imo worse the marijuana), so I think it is just a matter of time. And with the people saying stoners wont remember to vote, get real. Thats like saying that because alcohol is legal people will be to drunk to do anything. Marijuana isn't that big of a deal. If you don't like it don't do it. But stop causing such a fuss over a simple plant. Is it harming you if the guy next door smokes pot?? Probably not. How much trouble has alcohol caused?? How many people get hurt or die because of alcohol poisoning or violence associated with drinking? A lot. And how many people have died or gotten into a fight while using marijuana...none. Its all a big joke. Someday I hope for it to be legal, and maybe then all the people oposing will realize all the effort they put towards nothing. my $.02

Your not even old enough to drink let alone have an opinion about pot.
