I do! It sucks when it's this cold out and you have things to do before the next meat!

Find something closer to Louisille and I'm in. That probably isn't suitable for everyone in Cinci area, but 2 hours away isn't quite my thang. 4 hour round trip is dealbreaker.

I'm pretty sure if I ever bought a piece of land to build a house, pole barn (aka giant garage) would be built first with temporary accommodations as I build the rest. Or better yet, 20 ft ceiling first floor garage with 2nd floor house.

    Has everyone seen this.

    Expedition Overland HQ

This would be my dream home.

That would be an interesting theme for a bar. Rent a bay to work on your rig for a day and consume alcoholic beverages with your buddies. The concept would work well in many places, just need to find an old K mart or something.

K Mart building would allow room to build stadium supercross style indoor race facility. Enough room to flop a truck.

    In for flopping!

I will admit, my limiting factor on truck mods is daylight and the cold ass weather lately.

My daughter and son In law have a place in Carrolton Ky. That's just west of Florence Ky. House and 4bay garage. It will be available shortly. Take over payments of $930 a month. House is configured as a duplex. Could rent 2 x $700 a month. That leaves garage + $470 income. I may be on that...
Ohio River view. 1/2 block from NAPA parts store. 30 minute drive to Dirty Turtle ORP. Garage was a woodwork shop once. Has 240 3phase elect service. It will be May before I could do the deal but it is a future option. 35 to 40 minutes from Florence to driveway.

This is the idea I have for selling my home in the near future. The plan is to buy 5+ acres build a house and a nice big garage with 2 or more large garage doors.

I'd be in for a truck club if it's reasonable and it's less than a 2 hour drive (preferably more like less than a 1 hour drive).

We have been window shopping houses with land, probably won't move on anything this year, maybe next, but either a polebarn house or a piece of property with a polebarn is almost a certainty at this point, so that will be open for truck club as well. But you're all signing a release waiver before you set foot inside!

If I can get this house sold and property bought to build a new one, we'll have mod days and gun days. Looking at land in Indiana, so the drive wouldn't be bad for most of you guys in the area.

We have an old K-mart here in C'ville, that is empty. City would probably come off it cheap. Liquor license would be ridic though....

And, its currently used as an impromtu for sale lot, and Semi parking.

I'd be cool with Semi parking, just regulated to a specific area of the lot.

that KMART in the omniplex would be perfect central location. right off the highway. back off the main drag a little and very spacious. i may be interested in that . keep us posted on people who are in or out but you get enough people to meet that rate and i am in for sure. I

Also, off topic but do you guys have any recommendations on a phone mount for a 3rd gen? I don't like the ones that clip to the vents. i need to open when it is cold as the arctic and in the summer when it gets hotter than hell. Let me know any ideas you guys have. I appreciate it.

I have the hondo mount on my vent, but I actually took the vent off, so there is no open/close
    It's just open
Which is cool for me and still looks okay IMG_5301.jpg
