What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Back in the 70's we used to get Mad Magazine once in awhile and one of the margin illustrations showed what happens when a comb over goes water skiing. Glad you draw the line at a hat.

 

60 and falling apart. First, prostate cancer @ 53. Then kidney cancer s 57. Then a diagnosis of early stage Parkinson's s 59. Now pulmonary fibrosis @ 60.

So....losing most of my hair by 45 is "back burner".... Not a concern.

You Can't let self pity win. Push yourself. Use pain and fear as motivation. Pride is an anchor. You only get one shot at this. Don't take yourself out of the game in the 3rd quarter. Play to the final buzzer.

 

This happened this morning! I guess I finally broke her in.

 

When I started getting thin on top I just sprinted to the finish line and beat nature to it by shaving it all off. Keep my beard and shave my head each morning. It's working for me and my girlfriend likes the look on me.

Last year an eBay seller was linked that was doing them for $80 with free shipping and I grabbed one. Love it, as previously mentioned things don’t slide around anymore and it has dampened a little bit of the noise back there.

When I think about it, I shoulda been dead a long time ago. Been laid up for a spell now & it doesn't agree with me. Very difficult to get the old head straight but nothing changes my attitude like gratitude. Just grateful to be here today, that's all.

Yeah that bed is like ice when it's wet.

 

The daylight pic shows a cheap switch from China. Lettering is bigger than the others (AOB switches). It got refunded because one of the tabs was broken when it got here (epoxied it back in place) and the emblem/words were upside down on the switch and that caused its lighting pattern to be wrong.
The night pic are all AOB switches.

No, those came on mine when I bought it. I've got sliders on order with BAMF, so these will be up for sale once I put the sliders on.

 

im thinking about drilling new holes for them. but im not sure what the best solution is yet.

 

Wasn’t today but, method racing wheels and some Toyota black headlights. Owed the truck for a little over a month.

 

Haha, that was my thought too. Drill a hole at a different angle, and probably chop off a bit of the rod.
