That may be your issue. Bist in your manifold well always be lower than at you turbo because the TB. Your waste gate won't open despite making boost at the turbo. You should always reference boost at the turbo fire the waste gate.

Where is the vacuum connection for your boost gauge?

Does it peak at 10? Or does it sustain 10 PSI at WOT?

Does your turbo have a vacuum fitting on it? If so, that's where your WG should be connected.

There is a place for a fitting and it stays at 10

Move it to the turbo and see if that fixes it. If not, if you have boost creep, your WG and/or dump pipe is too small (assuming nothing wrong with the spring and WG).

I swear we covered this before, bout 100 pages back. You had other issues inhibiting the performance. Now that things are all getting taking care of, things are working the way they should finally. Wastegate priority is my call.

The most important control, is wastegate control. The signal(vacuum line) needs to be as exact as it can, to control boost as well as it possibly can.

With all of the issues through out this turbo project I lost track of past threads and issues having to prioritize like stopping in the middle of one issue to solve another issue to get on the road again. Like you said now that things are working these small issues from before are coming up again. I forgot some of the issues we already covered Thank you for your patience.:)

    A thing or two...
Move the WG to the turbo and leave the boost gauge on the manifold post throttle body if you want to measure vacuum.

Color me confused, but i thought a while back we all agreed that all the vacuum/boost lines should come from the manifold so they were accurate representations of what was actually happening to the truck.

For the gauge and piggyback/standalone ecu, yes. You pull the WG from as close to the turbo as possible to minimize lag in the WG system controlling the boost. Adjust WG spring and/or boost controller to get the pressure that you want at the manifold.

Everything but the wastegate should be to the manifold. Just not the brake booster line, as when you push your foot on the brake, air is allowed to be introduced into the motor, post metering.

Ok I put vac lines in the right place now. I’ll drive it at lunch to see how it does.

I still have a slight vacuum in my manifold even when the turbo is building boost. If you connect your waste gate to the manifold, your turbo will boost but the waste gate won't open until the manifold starts seeing boost. This will cause over boosting

The boost gauge and tuner should be connected to the manifold but wg should be connected to the turbo.
