If I were to have two led light bars... Is it best to put a spot pattern on a roof mounted led bar or flood pattern? Would spots maybe reduce hood glare? Would a lower front mounted bar be best for a flood pattern led bar?

Generally speaking, a spot pattern light (no matter what the light source) is more difficult to aim the closer to the ground one gets because it reaches out so far. That said, getting it too high up off the ground can cause similar issues because of the larger angle involved. Everything in moderation.
