Trying to get at that bulb was a pain. I'll look for a video that shows the console removal...that bulb was in there firm and deep.

Yeah...that's not intuitive. These videos help tremendously though. I'm always afraid of busting clips or screwing up the headliner LOL!

I'm hoping that the inexpesive bulbs I bought at Partsam via Amazon don't somehow ruin my truck. At Autozone each LED bulb cost $8-$10 each.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
I just rolled some duct tape in a tube sticky side in just larger than the bulb. Slipped it over the bulb and used small flat screw driver to press it into the perimeter. Pull straight down and done.

That's the best idea out there.

I did have the thought that "If this packing tape doesn't work, then my Gorilla tape will for sure"...except I'd have to find it LOL.

The kit is called lumen-12" multicolor accent strip kit with Bluetooth control. I got it from carid.com. You can change the colour on a colour wheel, dim or brighten the intensity, have one colour cross fade into another, strobe effect (not recommended while driving haha) even play your music through the app and the colours change with the music.

Take your fingers on both hands and pry backside lip....it will pop off in a second. Waaaay easier to change the bulbs this way. The console snaps back in.....forward end first.

I think I just did my ‘last’ mod today....
Or I hope I can go at least a month and not desire anything.
Probably should stay off this forum.
Almost got rid of all my chrome....steering wheel Toyota emblem, covered it up some.

Clazzio, its like the top 3 mods I ever did to my Taco.
I have the beginnings of arthritis in both my hands.....hurt some during the install, but pretty straight forward and the pay off is really great looking seats! I did mine when it was about 90F outside which helps with softening up the Clazzios during installation. Pretty amazing seat covers.
The back seat bottoms were shipped separate and not installed in this pic.

Unfortunately, some of us tend to break things that others have no problem with. I almost always break a tab no matter how careful I am. :pout:

Nothing big, but should come in handy when tailgating next season.

My bit slipped on the bottom, but I’ll put a sticker or something over it to prevent future scrapes from bottle caps

Recieved my bed rail mounts from Relentless today. Now my axe and Krazy Beaver shovel won't be rolling around the bed anymore.

SR wheels, side marker black-out, Clazzio's, Tweeters, Tailgate inserts, interior vinyl inserts
New wheels. Got them for a steal on Craigslist. Couldn't be happier. Next up, getting rid of the chrome bumper caps.
