You can cover more space quicker with a cup brush attachment rather than using the actual grinding wheel. Doesn't make as horrible of a sound either

 

I don’t like those as much. They seem to jump around on me. Plus I had a flapper

 

2018 has not been good to my family. I lost someone very dear to me on the 1st. I will be adding two dogs to my small family.

Baby T will be for sale shortly so I can get a larger truck that will be more comfortable with them. I have no idea on pricing but if anyone wants the truck send me a PM. I am flexible on the price given the engine problems.

Once you get a for sale idea figured out I'll share it down here in CO, it will get snatfched quick I am sure.

 

Got quite a bit done today. Took out the factory steering rack bushings, got a new cv for the one I blew over Christmas, cut out both control arms and removed most of the bushings, took my door panels off to reveal absolutely cracked and fucked door speakers, and I hit my sliders and bumper with a grind and a few coats of paint.

I’ll cut out the last of the bushings, get the new ones pressed in, order some extra alignment cams, put in the steering rack bushings, order some new door speakers, and hopefully have it put together by the weekend.
No horse mask needed

I can't believe you ever grinder without them haha hell sometimes I do double and have ear plugs and muffs. That is the best.

It’s weird, when I put in ear plugs, I could actually hear the music I had coming from the speaker. It’s like the plugs just drown out most of the awe full grinder noise lol

Condolences for your families loss. New dogs are good and probably will help with your grief in a bitter-sweet way. Take it easy.

I have a '02 Tundra with the double doors, not quite a double cab. Don't think you'd want one like that for your dog farm ; just not much more room than my '96. Other negatives: it's a real gas hog (12mpg with or without the slide in camper) and a real dog for acceleration, and I've read that the auto tranny on the '01's/02's have issues with a weak gear in the tranny which can self destruct. Whatever the problem, it was corrected in the '03's/ '04s.
