Happy New years everyone.... So I didn't get my lift on this weekend because complications with getting the wheels off because I don't have the key to get the lugs off I'm gonna take care of that this week. Hope to install before January is over..still looking for help if anyone is interested...P.S. praying for the garage because it's so cold.

Anyone potentially interested in a set of OEM rear kings with 15k on them? I'm working on a deal for the front from a guy in Georgia but he will only sell the whole set and I have other plans for the rear.

I feel your pain. My main drain line is froze solid. It backed up underground (tree roots, ongoing for years) and since its under the rented land, management is supposed to take care of it. I finally got a hold of the "emergency" maintenance tech after half day of calling. Havent seen him yet. My supply water is fine, just dont have anywhere to drain.

Would anyone happen to have a forced air propane heater that I can borrow for the day? Since my drains are all frozen, I couldn't run much water. Woke up this morning and now my supply lines are frozen as well. Looking for something like this so I can direct it under the house: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Dyna-Gl...Propane-Portable-Heater-RMC-FA60DGP/202223041

Of course everywhere is sold out. I found one that says available at TSC in Manassas, so Ill be heading out there when they open with my fingers crossed. Hard to believe itll be almost 50 by Tuesday.

I don't have anything like the heater you're looking for. The phone says it's 4 degrees down here. Good luck with getting your pipes defrosted.

My garage could be available in a couple weeks but then again you may have it done by then and it may be a little warmer.

How did this workout? A family friend has one I can pursue if needed.

Thanks @LocoLocal i found one. My main line will still be clogged underground, but if it can exit via cleanout i dont give a damn at this point. Its behind the house and maintenance still has not shown. Bastards.

Good luck man! I am going through something similar with my house right now. Not frozen but was clogged and backed up into the house. I feel your pain! Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Damn you guys are having it rough with this weather.....:(:(

Even know we had the water running a small amount at the faucets our meter froze and Loudoun water had to replace the meter.....

And before winter I packed the meter vault with mega amounts of fiberglass insulation....

yea man, I need to shore up some insulation in my house as well... I love being handy with cars and trucks... but I'm not very handy around the house... looks like I'm going to have to remedy that since every time I turn around there is something new wrong with this house.
