I have heard way to many horror stories about HOA's. Haven't seen any around here. Yuma doesn't have that mentality. Though I think there's a gated community that may have an HOA. But it's pretty small...maybe 30 houses total and the home prices there are on the top of the scale.

Don't get your hopes up to high. We have had snow in the first week of June already. But it doesn't last.

 Installing this brings back memory’s from your first car! I think back then we used to remove or flip the air filter cover upside down. Lol! Any way I’ll gane a little throttle response and have fun working on my truck. I purchased these parts separately and saved a few bucks. I love the OEM fit and plus it’s engineered for my Taco. Just about done.

Solstice/Sky owners have a North America meet every summer. Usually too far away for a reasonable drive (less than 12hrs). Usually those are organized by a local sports car club.

Stock filter for now Kevin. I’ll either get the TRD oiled one or the AFE Dry One. Thanks.
Intake Flow Accelerator is installed in the fender and almost ready for a test lap! Lol.

We have a 55 and older community (non hoa) the next block over which is comprised of 90% or more "seasonal residents" that seem to think they own the street. Every year they complain to the Sheriff's office about traffic being too fast so they oblige them by putting a static speed limit board to flash your speed as you get close. So, for the month it's there, everyone avoids that street. Then when SO takes it back traffic seems to be twice as heavy till the end of the season.

Kinda my thought but they do last several days and are near some kind of destination. Vendors lining up to take your money. Runs on the areas twistyest roads and a bunch of meals.
