    :hattip: morning Jim

a GOOD HOA is good for a neighborhood - keeps it from getting trashy. Most are too nosey, pain in the butt. Son rented in one and it was a small 'hood... President lived across the street. Was visiting and he was telling me the ex would let Lucy out  without a leash . She never went anywhere, just the fact that no leash. He also cornered me about the new bush that was put in.... I needed to move the drip irrigation to the top of the hill, so the water runs to where it's needed.... Hey buddy, don't "LIVE" here.... :D

:quickdraw: what do they say??

 do tell?!?!?! What do they call you dirty old men? old farts?

I like my neighborhood. We're almost all mid to upper blue collars. The yards are well kept and no junk out front.

We almost signed on the dotted line for a house down the street. He let slip about certain rules.
    Ahhhhhhh what rules?
Driveway had to be asphalt in a year. All work had to do through a company of their choice.
Only 2 cars in the drive. No commercial trucks. No working outside on a vehicle.
    Oh really?
I have 2 cars, a truck, 2 trailers. Shitload of tools. Need a big 2 or 3 car garage.
I work on my cars every night during the summer season. I have a motorcycle. A boat.
I’m buying the house. It’s my house. I will do what I want.
He kinda pulled the contract back to his briefcase.

    Afternoon All,
Yep still cold 14 or so , supposed to warm up next week hell might hit 60 by Friday .

Been down twice no real soft tissue damage just some road rash and bruises low speed thankfully Panic stopping on the edge of a gravel driveway bad idea but getting hit by the car flying down the street seemed worse soo..

    For those older then 51 well besides using slates you had the advantage of only having a history book the same thickness as a magazine ..:}

No idea what I will get into today but it won't be much, moving fast ok well fast ish through that snow yesterday umm yeah ...

I need to do some work on the tractor switch plate so with the warmer weather I can finish installing the wiring they friggin yahoos could care less how close they come to you when you are near the road or on it !

Might clean up the shop some before hand and putter around.

You are lucky... where my MIL/FIL lived, first many years all the yards were nice... then a few went down hill. After he died and 10 years later she sold to move into a nursing home, went in foreclosure twice I think.

Neighborhood here isn't bad... most yards are well taken care of... a few only have their yards cut once a month, so they get shaggy.... :notsure:

It's made it to a blistering 25 here.

Apple was offering a $29 replacement recently, after they were exposed for slowing phones down.

One of the selling points in this development is the drive thru gates so you can keep your toys in the back and, being a desert community everyone understands you may have more toys than yard so not everything is going to be out of sight. But everyone takes a lot of pride so it all looks great the majority of the time.
