    i have a sub panel for my new air conditioner. I have the neutral and ground separated. But in my main panel bought the neutral and ground are on the same bar. DO i need to link the neutral bar and ground bar together in the sub panel.

    Lools good but need to use electrical nolox when using aluminum, it's a grey wet lubricant, for panel connections.

    Something about how power is distributed through the ground and the neutral in a subpanel when coming back from the appliance you don't want to overload The Returned/unused too much resistance.
