    Curious as to how much darker the smoked are from the clear ones? Or how much brighter are the smoked from OEM? Pics don’t seem to do it justice, although they do look darker.

    The quote above yours has pictures that compare smoke to stock... And the first page shows the difference between smoked and clear... So smoke is brighter than stock... But not as bright as the clear lens set...

    As far as how much brighter or darker... Hmm... Like in lumens? I'd guess it depends on your distance from the equator in miles, divided by your coordinates, times pi. :D

    It's been too cold where I'm at to install my @mesojdm mirror turn signals, now he's come out with this, I can't keep up. LOL. Can't decide between smoked & clear, how much brighter are the smoked over the factory romantic mood lighting @mesojdm or anybody who's installed?

    Yeah, I was looking at those trying to make the call. But now it looks like only the smoked & red are left so I guess the choice is made now.:) Thanks for the assist in pointing out the coverage.

    My setup. Love the combo; red map, white dome.

    I leave the overhead switch to "DOOR" all the time.

    I wanted the dome to be OFF when the doors open, and only be able to turn them on manually.(so at night I wouldn't be blinded)
    The problem is; the dome light only has 2 positions on the switch:
    1)ON all the time
    2)DOOR Trigger

    Un clipping the dome housing and opening it up revealed 3 wires. I unhooked the middle wire and heat shrinked it. Now the selector switch will turn it completely off or auto on.(I leave it in the off posisiton so only my red map
    Lights turn on with door)
