KORE Bed Bar group buy. CLOSED!

I'd like to open up a group buy to the members here on my bed bar products as well as cargo carriers.

Details on the bed bars:

• Made from 1 1/2"x1 1/2"x.120 square tubing and 3/16" plate.
• Includes 3/8" grade 8 hardware, using our stock rail system.
• These fit both 2nd and 3rd gen trucks.
• Each bar is capable of supporting a 1,400 lb load and weights 18 lbs.
• Low rise are 8" above the bedside.
• Mid rise is 12" above the bedsides.
• Brackets for high lift mounts, CB antennas / light pods are included at no extra cost.

Details on the cargo carriers:

• Cargo carriers weight 40 lbs (also available underslung)
• Bolt to the top of the bed bars.
• Carriers are 39" x 39" inside and the underslung variant hangs below the bars 4"
• The floor of the carriers are industrial expanded metal mesh

At 10 participants the discount will be 10%
Bed bars normally priced $90 will be $81

Powder coating of a single bar is $50, for a set of bars and a cargo carrier $150.

Here are the pictures of the mock up for the tonneau cover brackets. I'm going to round the vertical piece a lot more so there is no chance of getting snagged on it. This will allow a 3" tall cover to install. The piece of 3" tubing is for scale, as well as the straight edge.

 

Hey Tony is there a picture of what the underslung looks like? I like the high rise better to fit more stuff in the bed and put my spare on but id rather not have the spare taller than the cab.

 

I don't unfortunately, I've only sold one of those and didn't take any good pictures. Here are some of the 3d models during development.

 

That is perfect! Those pictures do just fine. I just gotta decide if I want to dump the Tonneau cover or not

 

I can extend the top plates to allow a tonneau cover to fit also.

Whoah now... Pictures? I have a Truxedo Lo-Pro but I'm definitely willing to modify it's rails to fit this if you have something that'll work!
