Like I said, its not that Denver is an awful place. Its just a different place, there is good and bad with everything.

 

I have no energy to find the good ones.

 

Thanks, it's much nicer out here. I was making and could go back to the front range and make well over the median income... But I'd rather not deal with the population down there.

And yeah it sucks and sucked for the last few months. Just last week i finally got the number for what i owe the lender but just glad to have it off my plate. My priority before that was to get another rig and start building it out... But now that's been shelved indefinitely.

 

What did you do on the front range?

 

Construction isn't too difficult! We've got so much work, we don't want to turn anything down but there's only so many hours in a day.

We've got a few investors as well so it's likely we'll be trying to recruit some talent sooner than later.

 

Self employed finish carpenter for a few investors.

Now I've partnered up and doing a bit of everything.

Next couple weeks it'll be time to look for more lots for some more builds like this one and get them rocking when the ground thaws.

Man, you guys don't know crap. Go out East where its one super gigantic suburb from North of Boston, MA to South of Richmond, VA along I95. That is the Pit of the entire USA, but some people seem to like it.

It was always after hours which is why i emailed with no response. Was on hold for 20 minutes for them to tell me that even though the website says they only ship UPS, and won't send to a po box, they sent my package via USPS which means it'll be returned to sender.

Won't be ordering through them again.

 

I need some new tires, want to go run that.
