    Got home and pulled the dash cam out. Apparently there was an error on the SD card and it hasn't been overwriting any files for months. I'm glad that nothing has happened since then. So now I'm pretty much up shits creek. I may claim it on insurance, but more than likely I'll just buff it out the best I can and live with it.
