Please put your phone down and drive. It's the law.

Woah friend, no need for name calling.

Just be a good dude and put the phone down when you drive. Stopped or not, you're on the road. Pay attention to driving. Thanks.

Sorry. I was not name calling. Just a line from Deadpool meant to be funny.

You'll also note the mount in the pic. My driving routine does not involve holding my phone. Thanks for your concern.

The pic was taken to benefit others who might have been looking at this specific camera. The Amazon listing does not list specs or show the camera output. The pic shows the car in front in comparison to camera view.

Feel free to go back through the rest of my posts. You'll not see pics / vids in motion or me asking how to get vids to play over the head unit while moving. So, it was a one time thing while stopped on a controlled on ramp.

Thanks for clarifying. It's still against the law, and it's a distraction. You have your truck running, in gear, on a highway....It's "driving."

Sure i'll get some flack for steering the thread off track, or being a pussy that called you out while you're not actually moving...No FUdgeCaKeS given. I've lost a friend to somebody that was taking a selfie while driving.. Yes i'm going to be a nagging prick when I see people guilty of distracted driving. You've even incriminated yourself by posting proof of doing it, and a picture clearly taken from a drivers seat.

Just don't be a douche. Put the phone down. Drive.

I agree with everything you said (except for the "douche" part). Even when completely stopped in traffic, please keep the phone stowed away.

Dude, settle down. Distracted driving consists of "driving"...which he is not doing. Not moving means not "driving" (regardless if he's in gear or not). If he's not moving, then he doesn't need to have his hands on the wheel and he can also put it into "park".

Sorry to hear that you lost your friend to a distracted driver...but that driver had to actually be moving in order to do what he/she did to your friend.

This will be the last that I argue my case.

    https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.61.672

(5)(a) "Driving" means to operate a motor vehicle on a public highway, including while temporarily stationary because of traffic, a traffic control device, or other momentary delays. "Driving" does not include when the vehicle has pulled over to the side of, or off of, an active roadway and has stopped in a location where it can safely remain stationary.

    Check.

Finally warm enough to the point where I wasn’t worried about breaking plastics here (36*) And got to put on the ultimate turn signals by @mesojdm! These things look sick on a white truck!
