Something is up. I was told I couldn’t get in a long bed. So he either has an access cab or a SB.

 

I thought I read somewhere else that it was not available on DCLB... But in Toyota's brochure it says "available on all Off Road"

I never gave the time of day to look inside a long bed off road because I thought they were the same as the 17s (minus TSS).

 

When I bought mine in October, I was told you can’t get a long bed with rear lock.

 

Cool picture, crazy how big they have gotten. My first truck was an '84 red short bed 4x4 I bought new for $7200, I think the only option was the cold weather package.

 

Well I certainly have a DC long bed, so must be new for 18.

 

Right? My first truck was an 85 SR5 Xtra cab. Seemed a heck of a lot smaller.

 

Yeah, my long bed has a locking diff.

 

Don’t know who told you that, but if it was a dealer/salesman, those folks are often clueless. I argued with a dealer a few weeks ago who insisted that that you cannot get leather with the premium pkg on an 18 and he thought TSS was available on the 17’s.

 

Dam! I should've gotten some crazy color like CEMENT

 

In Canada you can't. Dcsb and AcLb are the only off road models we get. Although you can get a trd off road access cab in a 6 speed manual

 

Coming up on 1 year of ownership and still loving it.

 

There was some talk here about the Pro grille working on the 18s with TSS. I ordered the glass piece that is on the bottom of the 18 Pro grille and it came in today. Going to give it a shot.

 

Be sure to report back. Do you have a prat number for the glass piece?

 

I will get the part number. Cost on it, which is what they are going to charge me since they are trying to use my truck as a guinea pig for future reference, is like $47.00. The dealership, which has been awesome to work with, just texted me a couple pics of the part that came in.

It's not a clear plastic lens like I expected. My dealer is kind of being douchey about the whole thing.

Hm. I swear when I looked at an 18 Pro a few weeks back that it WAS a clear lens.
