Gunny got me outer tie rods for $43.77 a piece, if that helps ball park it for ya

If you need to do LBJ's now would be the time since you need to disconnect the outer tie rod anyway. Just did both and it took maybe 2 hours start to finish, with several beer breaks

I feel ya, I went OEM for LBJs and was gonna do Moog for the tie rods, but OEM wasn't that much more so I went for it. Only thing I would have done differently is get inner tie rods as well since mine are also worn out :frusty:

At this point I think it’s the whole state. Headed north on 69 to Muncie today I came up on someone doing 60 in the left lane and the speed limit is 70...

Gotcha! I cant remember what my RPMs are at doing 70/80, I'm thinking somewhere in the 2000-2500 range.

Did my outer tie rods and lbj's on Saturday. Counted the threads on the old tie rods and got them almost perfect on the new tie rods. Started driving home from my friends house and immediately noticed that my alignment was trashed. Joined the Firestone Lifetime alignment club yesterday afternoon and got it all sorted out. Drives like a dream now!

    3000 rpms at 65.

and if you went from 4.10s to 4.56 you would raise your rpms.

You shouldn't really need to with 32s anyways. Unless your carting around a lot of weight then it'll help.

Anyone come up with a remedy to the bad angle on touch screen stereos yet. Thinking maybe some spacers or something.
