one house I looked at sold for like 80 in 2010 or so and sold for 400 this year :annoyed:

I was super close to putting an offer in on a house by Anschutz until I looked at the crime stats for the last 2 weeks... multiple armed assaults, break ins, and car thefts within the surrounding blocks :bananadead:

I am in a similar situation like @Madjik_Man in a nice little area call Old Town Littleton. I have refied twice to do remodeling on property and it continues to help my value go up.

I would love to help with that but I also don't want my truck or tools to wander off while I'm away

My GF lived in old town Littleton when we first started dating. It's an awesome area. She loves it.

But she moved to Broomfield to be closer to me and my daughter. She hates Broomfield. She hates that she doesn't live in Littleton anymore. And I hear about it all the time.

Buy the Deka battery direct from the local distributor.

We use them at my work and I bought the 2 batteries for the Tacoma and my Cummins there.

I saw your post, that’s what got me looking. The Duracell’s are cheaper, but if I can’t get one at Sams, I’ll go that route.

So as I’m sitting in the waiting area while the truck gets a smog test. A lady next to me says. “Is that your truck I hear”. In my head I’m like :D. I said yup. Then she said it sounds nice. I replied with thanks.

I didn’t pass the smog tho :(. I failed because of my gas cap. I had to run and buy one. I had just enough time to take it back and re-smog the truck. Passed. I hate smog test with a passion. Always stresses me out. Not much stresses me out but when it come to the truck it gets to me. :anonymous:

    Long shot but... F* it!

I'm looking to secure a second job (part-time), in the Springs area. Been scouring the typical sites with no luck. Perhaps... some social networking (I don't FaceBook) can help.

I have a full-time job, Mon-Fri, already. I'm looking for something in the evenings during the work-week and one day on the weekend.

If anybody knows a somebody that might/could know a person who once knew some information about such things... send me a PM please. I would greatly appreciate it!

$20 says you would've passed if you would've just cleaned the outside of your cap to make them think you bought a new one.
