    it can be wired up to any year. not sure if the reflectors in the 14 are correct to not blind other drivers. the 16s have projectors from the factory

    Use SearchTempest. I’ve seen tons of 2nd gen short bed toppers while looking for a 3rd gen one. Granted your definition of a good deal may be different than someone else’s. Just saying there’s lots of tops out there for a 2nd gen. Contact folks and make an offer.

    ill have to get some pics. im not sure that they will fit on a 13, but I don't see why they wouldn't same underpinnings in that area. aftermarket skids listed as the same.

    there are two skids. front and a mid. they are both thin gauged steel.

    Okay cool thanks. Just figured it would be a cool easy upgrade for my SR5. I believe mine has the cheap plastic protection. Not sure if you would call them skid plates. Only had the truck for a few months so still learning.
