And, when I ordered a set of the BAMF mounts, they were out of stock for months - and months. I gave up.

 

but what do you do for the lower shock mount? use the stock spot?

Or, you could cut of the stock one and weld on a larger/stronger/bigger one from RuffStuff or ??? I don't think it is necessary.

 

Really thinking about just doing 63s from the start instead of getting Dakars. It’s not that much more expensive.

I am concerned about the tire rubbing on the shock at full compression. I don't want to run wheel spacers, and don't think I have enough backspacing. I need to spend some time and mock up this configuration, and check for clearance.

 

let's do that. with yours and with mine, because that will help me decide.

I'd buy them off you if they'll work for me and not for you haha

I am going to run 14" and chevy 63s. There is a guy in FL that will do the labor.

 

I got mine from sdtrucksprings.com 280$ shipped with bushings. 3+1. Rode like butter
