They will try to sign Trouba no doubt. He and Morrissey have become the teams strongest pairing. It is my understanding that Trouba’s girlfriend wants to go to a university in the eastern US so he may leave. That said, given the teams progress and the right contract I could see him wanting to stay.

I suspect Enstrom will not get re-signed as his contract is finished after this year iirc.

I suspect Cheveldayoff would re- sign Myers at the right price, but with Tucker Poolman playing so well there will likely be someone leaving. It could be Myers.

The box score makes me think that Armia and Perrault had great games yet again.

 

Everyone beats Edmonton this year. I guess when you finally make the playoffs it's ok to take the next few years off and "coast".

Chris Tanev lost about 6 teeth last night , had a few more pushed through his tongue and requires surgery in his mouth .

Brutal. I have had one tooth knocked out by a stick in my life, my dad lost his entire top grill to a puck. Looking at his mouth was one of the scariest things I ever saw as a kid.

 

Went to Pens/Bruins last night with my gf and sister. Awesome game. Pens gaining a bit of momentum just in time for the bye lol.

 

Damn. Talk about giving a point away. Great 55 minute effort tonight but the Leafs just couldn't seal the deal.

 

Joel Armia,Brendan Lemieux, Jack Roslovich, Tyler Myers and The Russian Kulikov will all be with the Jets vs. Buffalo tonight. All player that either last played for or were a product of draft picks from the Sabers. 4 or 5 came out of the Evander Kane/Bogosian deal.

 

Yeah once Kane leaves Buffalo, and even now, it's pretty easy to say who won that deal.
