    Morning fellas

Quick question for the garage. I have read all the MPG threads i can find and still cant seem to get over 14.4 mpg i have switched to synthetics and every other mod out there for the MPG but no avail. I do have a spacer lift and some bigger tires but even when i switch to my winter tires i didn't see any difference. Any suggestions ?

tire size and type has a lot to do with it as well as how aggressively you drive.
M/T will be worse than A/T and in turn H/T and all seasons will be better than both as far as rolling resistance.
Check your tire pressure shed any unneeded weight from the truck and drive more calmly oh and get a scan gauge.

Yea my summer tires are pretty aggressive, but i do drive it nice, i try to keep the RPM's in the 2k range. I am going to get the scan gauge soon but i was wondering if i missed something in the MPG threads. I even remove the secondary air-filter ( i know it doesnt really help the v6 but anything is worth a try) I just did the 30k mait and still no difference in mpg, lots more power if i get on it but still no MPG help

true you will use more fuel hammering down in top gear than you will in one gear lower at half throttle. But he has an auto to keep it bellow 2k you have to be very gentle

:annoyed: Figured I'd get some use from the boots I got when I was in Saudi, so wore them out to weed eat the yard... felt like I had clumps of grass under my feet... Wasn't grass, it was the sole falling off in clumps  stupid boots

Negative on the BFH. The little stock skid plate on the transfer case was resting on the new skid plate and vibration. Just removed it, smooth as glass now.
