I'd like to see Toyota allow folks to order leather heated seats to any Tacoma option they sell.

I know you can have Clazzios or Katzkins put in but hell, it's 2018, why so limited in the options?

I doubt it's that difficult to bolt in some leather seats. They already do in limited quantities.

You can get leather in the Sport and OR for 2018. They figure the SR is a work truck so no need there, and the SR5 buyers are either content with cloth or they are going to upgrade stuff as they please anyway, so no need there.

I don't mind the Leather in my CRV. But man, in the winter they're Cold as Hell (until they warm up), and Hotter than Hell in the summer.....

Ok. You can't get leather in a TRD SPORT Access Cab M/T.

    I know, I know. It's a truck.

Wish they had the option last year. Clazzios have been solid though.

They really don’t give you any wiggle room with customization.

    Nope. Sure don't.

    Probably just not enough demand.

I know it's a truck but it doesn't seem that hard to take the same seat they are slapping in a Limited in an SR or a TRD Sport.

Guess that's why they really don't let you "order" what you want. You just get what is "close" to what you want.

I'm getting old. Heated leather seats feel good on my low back. Clazzios and wiring up some off brand heating pad with a switch doesn't sit well with me.

I really don't know why more auto manufacturers aren't competing on heated/cooled seats at pretty much every model.

Even more reason to have leather. It cleans easy, doesn't hold smells, and lasts longer than any cloth I've ever had.

Would current model Rav 4 seats fit in a Tacoma? My wife has one and I have to admit her seats offer great support. Really nice seats.

The day I was buying my truck I sat in a Rav 4 Hybrid that was on the showroom, the seats appeared to be about the same size as the Tacoma and they were quite comfortable, not sure if they would bolt in though.

Not really sure, but the seats in my Rav are more comfortable than the ones in my tacoma. Could be more to do with the angle they sit at though.
