Lol. That's pretty funny. Actually the dance routine I've been working on lately is a single leg takedown, mount and an Ezekial choke. It's a fun dance. Want to try it ?

I wanna try this out, when I get back into town. I dunno if I can skwat 320 3 times but I'll try. Everrything else should be easyish

Your amount of weight you lift shouldn't be the same as mine because your maxes are different. Everything you lift (aside from the 3 sets of 10 accessory work) is calculated off your maxes. The only thing that I've come across since doing this that wasn't "easyish" was the 5 sets of 10 of squats...those sucked...everything else is pretty painless though.
