just got a fresh stock suspension to toss on. front shocks/coils, rear leafs/shocks. I need a spring compressor unless someones game to try the compressor free method with me that @JWL explained to me.

 

If the day happens to be on a day that I can make it, I could bring my spring compressor for you. It'll be a bitch to load and unload but would be worth it.

 

Works for me. I've got a winch so we ain't gettin stuck. If I knew how to get to chestnut rd, i'd go.

 

Compressor less method is pretty simple. Just don't get your pant leg caught under the jack.. You won't be able to move for min lol

 

Mornin folks! Out of curiosity...anybody here able to help install my Bilstein 5100s, OME 885s and progressive AAL once I make the purchase and receive everything? Looking to place the order within the next month or so. Happy to compensate in some way to save money on a professional install. I have next to no equipment to offer for installation

I could also use a hand with a thing or two.. I've got some springs to take off some TRD OR coilovers/put on some 5100s and install. As well, I have a wheel bearing going out, so I'm ordering a hub assembly soon if someone has some experience with those..

Haha not body parts, just the pants. Kept me trapped a little close to a decompressing spring. I stand by the method, it's reasonably safe if done correctly. There is always a chance something crazy could happen but it's been done a good number of times without many/any issues.
