OME Nitrochargers and 881's up front, stock UCAs. The 881's have sagged a bit so the lift is MAYBE 2" max. I'm probably gonna drop it off next week sometime and try to get them to get a little more caster, but I'm still happy with it as a starting point.

Picking up an 03 DC 4x4 in Black Sand Pearl tomorrow! Super pumped to back in a Tacoma and super pumped to start slowly making it own! Been skimming through this thread and I've seen a lot of awesome stuff!

THEyre not going to be able to get the caster above a degree with stock uppers. You’ll need adjustable ones to get the caster within spec. And when I do alignments I try and make the caster .3 degrees lower on the drivers side vs. passengers side to compensate for the horrible road crown we have here in Phoenix...I was just curious.

I had SPCs, but had to sell them before I ever installed them, need $ for a security deposit :pout:

I figured caster was already pretty max'd with the stock UCAs, but may as well make use of the lifetime haha

The one I drew up. It was two years ago, man, I can't tell you what I had for dinner last night. :) I want to say it started at the corners, torqued the opposite corners first, then torqued the bolts in the center next in a similar cross pattern. I think the real key is to make sure all of the bolts are torqued evenly and methodically rather than using one specific pattern. Going up in increments also, that keeps the gasket from tweaking out.

Ahhh no worries then thanks for the tips! I'm thinking I'll have to do this soon or replace them as they have started to ever so slightly weep

I don’t, I work at a place called greenshield industrial supply. (We do rigging, hydraulic hoses, brake lines etc..)
But I’ve been to West coast and I know they are one of the bigger shops in Seattle.

Drove on sheer ice this morning on my way to work. I don't think there was a moment where the truck wasn't going sideways.

That looks pretty cool, is it perforated so air can flow through it? Hard to tell from the pic, almost looks solid.

That may apply to the general properties of a "spring" but the potential of 12" or 13" does not matter to a constant rate spring, every inch of travel is exactly 500lbs or whatever the rate is. If your ride height stays exactly the same all you are doing is moving the collar up 1" from where it was before. The block heights are not proportional because they have to change the winding and/or coil thickness to achieve exactly 500lbs for each inch of travel for every different length spring, its not as easy as just making the spring longer because then potential energy does change like you mention
