    The problem is that this clown thinks the fence I installed, long before the first shovel of dirt was turned to build the house he now lives in, is the property line. I purposely had the fence installed inside my property line, to fend off moronic behavior. It didn't work. I took pictures of him pulling the surveyor stakes out of the ground, for the second time; the first time he did it when I was not outside/awake/home...

    The stake marks the property line, the yard with the rocks is his, and the whole kerfluffle is that I wanted the rocks to stay in his yard, and not under my mower. I zip tied the stake after I put it back in the ground, upon seeing that had pulled them out and thrown them in my yard the first time. The top zip tie is through the surveyor's tape, and he was pissed when he discovered that! :rofl::rofl::rofl:
