Damn! Gotta respect a vehicle that takes a hit like that and everyone walks away. Glad you lived to tell the tale op.

Should know something today. Body shop is on the case today. Just from a walk around this a.m., the guy said he’s up to $32,000. Digging deeper if the insurance co wants him to. Early on, I promised a “diminished value” claim would follow if they want to resurrect the poor girl. Hopefully, they do the right thing.
Eyeing a few possible pros on the interwebs. Moral of the story: don’t get in a wreck on Christmas Eve. No one will do shit until the new year. UGHH

I'm thinking the Insurance company of the insured wants this to go away as soon as possible do to the possible lawsuit pending and really wants to make nice on this....

Of course glad everyone is OK in all these crashes. No visible leaking fuel is AMAZING to me, and as much a testament to safety as the intact cabs I think.

I’m told they will tell me if it’s totaled tomorrow morning. That is the adjuster’s recommendation. Waiting on management approval.
Got a few pros I’m watching. Ready to go get one as soon as feasible.
    Miss her dearly...

    UPDATE:
My insurance company finally approved the total loss claim on my pro. Now I have some haggling to do with them. I declined their first offer. Waiting to be contacted, so I can offer some assistance in the valuation process ;) It seems they don’t fully realize the value of a 2400 hundred mile trd pro. Got some work to do, but at least they agree it shouldn’t be repaired.

Sounds like State Farm or Allstate. Those sons of a bitches are absolutely shameless in their offers. I’ve had to sue Allstate for a not at fault accident because I missed work. They are cheap.

That’s basically wholesale. Good luck with all the BS with the insurance company.

Good luck. I hope that you are able to get more out of the insurance company, and those Pro's that you have been looking for are still available. :fingerscrossed:
