Totally agree. I mean if I had to choose yeah I would go domestic but not paying 250 more for basically the same thing. The pro grill is way over priced like most of the oem stuff. If I'm paying 250+ it's going to be metal

That's like saying Toyota Tacomas are made in the USA (since they are assembled in San Antonio). There's a difference. Whatever parts that are made in China are made by Japanese plants based in China. They are not made BY Chinese companies.

Installed my new LED headlights and fog lights today! Crutchfield delivery arriving just in time to install all new Kickers this weekend. Subaru tweets could make it in time for the weekend, will see. Just want to thank all of you for the great ideas. Already did the a/c drain mod, tinted windows, debadged, Firestone air bags, bed cover, interior LED's, and a few others that I can't recall right now. It is nice to come to a site like this and read about what others have tried and what they think of it. Thanks to all of you.

Also wanted to include that I took a 160 trip today and unlike normal, I drove trying to get good gas mileage. I accelerated slow and drove the speed limit, keeping the rpm's as low as possible. I usually get 20.4 mpg, but today I got 27.6! I must admit that it was insanely boring however.

Got myself a 17’ TRD off-road for Xmas. Two days later I understood the Good Year tires were completely incompetent on snow/ice. Just an amazingly crap tire in a Wisconsin winter.

Today I put some Blizzaks on matching dealer take-off wheels and there is confidence again :)

    Beer on!

So many cool mods that seem easy to do. Yet here I am, with a new truck....that I leased.... Cant do anything to it. That's the part that sucks with leasing....
