Omg !! I think they are struggling. I have called twice about getting my standards shipped back and I haven’t gotten a call back. Idk what to do I don’t want to get charged for the expos they sent me.

I can only imagine the frustration.
When you get your expos U will have to tell me if they squeak and creak. I was looking and it has been mixed responses through the forum but what seams to be older expos. but mine defiantly creak.

My standards creak quite a bit, I hit it with a dry lube and it helps

Man. I had my standards for about 4 years. Never any noises and they hold a load great.

Seems like the newer versions are having problems.

They must have changed the spring rate. Which I think they should increase it for the standards 10-15%

Yea my last issue was i bought an all pro transfer case “drain plug” but it wasn’t a drain plug. It was the size for the fill plug. I called an told them. Was a little annoying. Was just trying to help them out and tell them about it and they didn’t seem to care.

Ahoy there,,,I see a lot of measurements going back and fourth.

I have the standard leaf pack from All Pro. What should the measurement be from center of wheel to fender?

    I see people mentioning 24 to 24.5"

I have 22" Wondering how a 3" lift leaf pack has me 2" lower than everyone else. :(

I do have a cap, high lift and some tools back there so I know it has some weight on it.

Took some time but I finally got my replacements, thank goodness.

I think you're right. I emailed them about a month ago with some issues I was having and got no response. And I was going to order an expo pack from them too... (going with Dakars now)

Is that measurement from the center of the wheel to the fender and is that on a gen 2?

It provides a 3" lift on an empty truck. The weight in/ on your bed has you back to stock ride height. The bonus is that you have an additional 3" of useable down travel.

Check the top "torque" leaf. Mine is making some contact with the end of the military wrap going around the front spring eye causing a little creaking and popping. Doesn't bother me much but next time I pull my leafs I plan on trimming the wrap back a 1/2" or so

I might have to give that a try or mine still creak badly but it sits much better now so I’m happy.
