    I don't know what he has, but I have a really basic motorized timer that can slowly turn the camera over a predetermined period of time. You can get them from $60 up to a few thousand, depending on how crazy you want to get with it.

    Believe it or not, the camera actually doesnt pan at all in this time lapse. I used the portrait frame ratio to crop off the sides, and then moved the frame across the full size 4:3 image. However, while shooting, this was moving on a motorized slider also, giving it even more of a 3D effect. I moved the frame in post the opposite direction that the slider was moving, and tricks your mind into thinking that the camera is actually turning around and panning. Same general concept of doing a dolly zoom for hollywood style effects. :thumbsup:

    I used the Dynamic Perception Stage 0 Slider that I picked up barely used off craigslist. Its the old model though and uses the old style DC motor and analog motion controller. Not the new fancy Bluetooth one that connects to your phone to program.

    Just received an brand new Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm F2.8E ED VR... my brother-in law gave it to me for Christmas....The problem is, I have a Nikon D7000 and this lens is not compatible with my camera.....brand new in box...I am gonna sell it because I have a 18-200mm and love it.....if interested PM me for price....

    That's a fantastic lens. What a nice gift. I actually used to own it and sold it because I didn't use it. Nothing wrong with it. I just didn't really have a need for this focal length
    You should have no problem selling it. It's a highly sought out lens.
