    Teams of 3 dudez
    24 minute EMOM, three stations
    1. 10 DL @ 225
    2.Row 15 Cals and max burpees with remaining time
    3. Rest

    Rotate stations each minute
    Score is total number of burpees

    That puts you at about a 290 lb. max. You should be able to get 315 in about 5 weeks if you train, say your prayers, and take your vitamins.
