I’m obviously working hard today.

 

so I'm shooting a potato episode tonight and here is the tentative menu
1. twice fried potatoes (actually baked 1 time and fried 1 time because all of these are starting with baked potatoes but the results will be the same or better than twice fried)
2. mashed potatoes
3. twice baked potato skin casserole
4. potato cakes (think pancake shaped/textured hashbrowns more or less if you don't know what potato cakes are)
5. and this last one I just thought about doing gnocchi, but I have never made it, but Its the only thing I eat at olive garden and it seems pretty easy so imma give it a shot

I think its gonna be a good episode and I hope the gnocchi comes out as good as it is currently in my head

My Geology professor says, "Please?" whenever he doesn't hear something. While I'm old enough to remember people using both "Beg pardon?" and "Please" for this instance, you can actually see all the young kids in class crawl into a shell of embarrassment because they dont know what is going on.....I giggle every time....
